Characteristics and Capacity

Color & Shape: Gray powder
Corrosion of a metal surface is due to its reaction with surrounding oxidants, such as air, water and carbon dioxide. A zinc dust layer physically prevents the contact of oxidants with the steel surface. Also, since zinc has higher ionization tendency than iron, the penetrated oxidants react with zinc rather than iron.

Product Profile

Paint grade: zinc dust with d(0.5) between 3 and 9 μm(#EF, #550, #330)

Chemical grade: zinc dust with d(0.5) between 10 and 60 μm (#110, #120)

Others: upon customer's request, other sizes are available
